3. User Obligations and Responsibilities
By participating in our services, you agree to comply with the following obligations and responsibilities:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when booking or participating in our services, including age, riding experience, health conditions, and emergency contact details.

- Disclose any medical condition, disability, pregnancy, allergy, injury, fear, or other circumstance that may affect your ability to safely participate.
- Supervise minors under your care and ensure they comply with all instructions and safety requirements.
- Refrain from any conduct that is unsafe, abusive, disruptive, harassing, negligent, or harmful to horses, other participants, staff, property, or the environment.
- Accept that horses are living animals and may react unpredictably, and that participation involves inherent risks.
You are responsible for any damage caused by your negligence, misconduct, failure to follow instructions, or misuse of equipment, tack, facilities, or property. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate participation for any person who does not comply with these Terms or whose conduct creates a safety concern.
If you are booking or participating on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have authority to accept these Terms for that person where permitted by law, and that you have communicated all applicable requirements and risks to them.
4. Payment Terms and Conditions
All prices, rates, packages, and fees are subject to change without notice, except for bookings already confirmed at the time of payment, unless otherwise stated.
Unless otherwise specified at the time of booking:
- Payment in full may be required at the time of reservation or prior to participation;
- Accepted payment methods may include credit card, debit card, e-transfer, or other methods we make available;
- Taxes, levies, and applicable governmental charges may be added where required by law;

If a payment is declined, reversed, charged back, or otherwise not received, we may cancel the booking, refuse participation, or recover any associated administrative, collection, or bank fees to the extent permitted by law.
Where applicable, gift cards, promotional credits, discounts, or vouchers may be subject to separate terms, expiration dates, and usage restrictions.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Our cancellation and refund policy is intended to reflect the operational requirements of equine activities, staffing, and horse welfare.
- Cancellations made by you must be communicated through the contact information listed in these Terms.
- Unless otherwise stated at booking, cancellations made within a reasonable advance period may be eligible for rescheduling or partial refund at our discretion.
- Late cancellations, no-shows, or failure to arrive on time may result in forfeiture of payment without refund.
- We may cancel or reschedule services due to weather, unsafe trail conditions, horse health concerns, staffing limitations, regulatory requirements, or other safety-related reasons.
- If we cancel a service for reasons within our control, we may offer rescheduling, credit, or refund, as determined by us and subject to applicable law.
Because horseback riding involves careful scheduling of horses, staff, and facilities, some bookings may be non-refundable or partially refundable depending on the service, notice provided, and any special arrangements. Any service-specific cancellation terms communicated at the time of booking form part of these Terms.
Refunds, if approved, will typically be issued using the original method of payment, unless otherwise agreed or required by law. Processing times may vary depending on financial institutions.
